Laura Rodak joined WashU's Office of Overseas Programs in June 2026. Her advising portfolio includes WashU's programs in Spain and Chile, along with several exchange and provider programs across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Laura also supports incoming exchange students, helping them navigate their transition to WashU and make the most of their international experience. 

Laura has over 9 years of experience in higher education. In her previous role, she supported international students and scholars through immigration advising, student services, and cross-campus collaboration. Originally from Arequipa, Peru, Laura is fluent in both English and Spanish, and her multicultural background inspires her passion for helping students broaden their perspectives through international education. 

Outside of work, Laura is always planning her next travel adventure, trying a new restaurant, working on a craft project, or adding another plant to her collection.
